With the "Dev can't sell" line on, the creator wallet can't sell a token until the coin graduates. It's in the token, not a promise.
HOW DO SNIPER TRAPS WORK?
Anyone who buys in the launch block is tagged. Their tokens can't move for 30 minutes, so the sniper dump never lands.
WHAT'S THE RUG BRAKE?
If the price drops 30% inside five minutes, trading pauses for fifteen. One-candle rugs stop being a thing.
